We have been taking our girls to this hotel for the first time 40 years ago. And have always come back. The place has been spruced up a bit over the last decades. It's original charm remains. The view from the seaside view gives you only the blue sea and the green trees of a promontory to the left, a couple of islands to the right. The breakfasts, lunches, dinners on the hotel's terrace are delicious to a point you would want them a bit more simple. The staff from chambermaids to waitresses is enthusiastic and friendly with a sense of humor. Rare in these parts of the Côte Azur. Dinners at hilltop town restaurants, for instance in Gassin, are a welcome break from the serenity of the Pinede. The rooms are spacious. Everything works. Another one of those home from home places.
